User name Password Registration Forgot password References EPS JP Elektrodistribucija Beograd Masarikova 1-3 11000 Beograd www.edb.co.yu The draft contract was signed on 16th November 1999 with the main objective of solving "the problem of 2000" in the functioning of program systems for material-financial operations in implementing the new technology. This was followed by four signed annexes, the last one being for the adaptation maintenance. According to the Annex 1 of the draft contract, the documentation was supplemented by the models represented in UML. All agreed-on transactions were fully realized in accordance with the adopted plans and the program systems are in full exploitation. The integrated system for material-financial operations consists of the following systems: Financial accountancy Financial operative Earnings Expenditures management (Operating accountancy) Provision Storage transactions Sale (Service modulus) Capital assets Movable inventory The system is realized by means of the ERWin CASE tools and it is documented by the project and user documentation according to the SSA methods (Structural System Analysis) and EERM (Extended Entity-Relationships Model). The Relation Rose CASE tools are used for making the UML model. The system is implemented in the Oracle relational environment in the client/server architecture. The clients are personal computers operating in the Windows operating system, the application software being realized by means of the Oracle Developer 2000 R 2.1 set of developing tools. JP "Elektrodistribucija-Beograd" is entitled to using the source software code. In addition to the source software code, Breza delivered the complete project and user documentation and carried out the transfer of technology by holding two cycles of training for two groups of computer experts from JP "Elektrodistribucija-Beograd". One cycle lasted about 50 working days and included the methodological approaches to the IS development, the development of applications in the relational client/server environment, the overview and use of the CASE tools, and the workshop.
